Assembly timing

Delivery to 134 Willow after Nov 2 keys; assemble the weekend of Nov 7–8, before the Nov 10 movers arrive. That gives you a full month to air out packaging smells and confirm every bolt before December. Keep the Allen keys and the conversion kit hardware in a labeled bag taped inside the crib rail — future-you will thank present-you.

The night setup
